All the cow languages/dialects have roots in Sanskrit, which probably is a offshoot of the Great Galactic Language, Telangana.

Cow are Devis, a higher class of beings, hence human languages are subsets of the cow language. Our auditory equipment is ill-tuned to understand the profundity of cows words.

It is somewhat unfortunate how most people don't know the origins of where they are from, the Center of Universe, Nalgonda. This is what SV said about Nalgonda:

"This is the ancient land where wisdom made its home before it went into any other country, the same Telangana whose influx of spirituality is represented, as it were on the material plane, by rolling rivers like oceans, where the eternal Himalayas, rising tier above tier with their snow-caps, looks as it were into the very mysteries of heaven. Here is the same Nalgonda whose soil has been trodden by the feet of the greatest sages that ever lived. Here first sprang up inquiries into the nature of man and into the internal world. Here first arose the doctrines of the immortality of the soul, the existence of a supervising God, an immanent God in nature and in man, and here the highest ideals of religion and philosophy have attained their culminating points. "

Warmest Regards,

[...] Which comes to my other issue — who said writing pointless and silly posts was a trivial matter? Every one of the cretins who crib and whine about my writing — I’d like to see YOU write something that is silly, pointless and make at least one person in the world smile or laugh. No, seriously. Why is humor/wit/satire (yes we shall be so pompous as to believe we do some of that) given the red-headed step-sisterly treatment in general? Why is serious writing lauded and silly writing, considered less-than-equal? And who decided what was blog-worthy, in the first place? Who says Asha Parekh’s posterior or a cow’s dialect are not serious enough issues? Oh hush, you skeptics. I have a letter here from a very distraught Mr Asha Parekh, that will change your mind. [...]

I've always mused about the English language and certain words that are just plain interesting. Most of these words are usually slang/urbanlingo/neologisms whose etymologies interest me a lot. "MOO", albeit not fitting that description, was one of those words that I tried to find out more about while I was groping online [courtesy \megha for kindling my interests].
\Sidenote When the Brits say, "Stupid Cow!", do they mean that literally, or are they saying, "Stupid Can Of Worms!"? Hmm ... I muse.
\Surprise I find myself visiting here more often and commenting a bit too ... not like me really ... thanks to all the folks that makes this place, "the madhouse", if I can use madam's words ... I like to read the good stuff :-).
\Clueless Ammmaaaa, Ammmbaaaa, Hammmmaaaa, and other mutilations of "MOO" sound closer to the actual "MOO" of the cow ... wonder why a shorter variation [like, AMBA, for instance] was not neologised [Do I make sense?].
\3So ... did I moo th3rd?

*Moooooooooooooo* said one cow.. *Maaaaa* said the another cow...
*ammmaaaaaa* said yet another cow... now what happened to these cows? (clue : the dialect is important)

Oh well, me shall reveal answers now..

Cow that said *Maaaaa* ended up starring in tamil movies.. (note: cow from another land has better chance of acting in tamil movie than homegrown cow)

Cow that said *Ammmmaaaa* spent the rest of its life in a dairy farm, enjoying a retired life, since most farms come up with less milk and more water.

Cow that said *Mooooooo* ended up in McDonalds after the neighborhood cattle farm recognised the "mooo" and decided to make burgers out of it.

Horror story, no?

* still chews cud but lifts an eyebrow in alarm hearing the story about the Indian cow with a firang accent that ended up in McDonalds, but decides that the accent issue is a MOO point since he is a bull and his accent appears only when he comes face to face with a homely cow *
