Ugaadi Subhakanshalu I hope I got that right, it has been quite a few years since we have shifted out of the land of Gongura Pachhadi’s
Ugadi to me is always associated with my school days when I was in Hyderabad(u), and would wait with a lot of excitement after the pachhadi to watch the movie that DD-Hyderabad would show, one memorable one was called Stuartpuram Dongalu which by the way was a real town as we realized on our way to Vizag recently for a wingies marriage.
Googling for aforementioned movie shows that there is no site with a review of it, may we dare to suggest that you ought to redress the situation……
Aha the answer to that can be sort of compiled if one is an electrical engineer and all that.
The phenomenon where Jason Bourne a.k.a Matt Damon works in a lab is called Matlab.
And about your lunch time companions, I assume they were from your workplace and all that, if so would you be kind enough to ask around if they have jobs for eccentric analog designers. You see in my case if I had come up with this, my lunch session would have pretty much turned out to be a lynch session. And not David variety ………And whats with the pah thingy, I am told by the way that I say bah a lot and pliss to notice that we appreciate your sparkling wit as much as we love some Saints inventions. You see we just extrapolated from our lunch time experiences as to the after effects of such inspirations…….
We did notice that the answer to the relevant question was “No, not yet”. So are we to assume that since the question was posed and now there has been a status change. And if so does it absolve members of my sex from belonging to the “completely useless” tag.
And in all the excitement of reading a new post we missed the first h in the title of your post and were expecting poetry that would have been much more shall we say c(g)lassy. (Written by a Paris returned lass. I think we should stop now before our incipient poetry starts to take over.)
To top it all we were in the promised land during Valentines day all alone eating Greek Salad since the waitress got tired of me eating sandwiches and sipping iced teas. (And before you wonder not the ones that share their name with a region of south eastern New York.)
P.S : On the other hand I am wondering what one of my great ex-wing mates would have called the title of this post : “Bhine Bhalentine and Poetry”. (In which case our missing the h would not have made any difference)
Excellent post (though must say some of the stuff went off at tangents to my brain). Took me back to my school days, when after school I would be having parathas listening to Vividh Bharti. Vividh Bharti was a pre-requisite for cooking for mom. Remember that the ae dil hai mushkil jeena yahaan song was quite popular and also that the host had a voice that was well “distinctive“.
By the way the stuff about Gina and Dev, what can we say except that our co-workers are almost to the point of sending me off to the Sahara without any H to O .
A much more charming version of the hansii to phansii concept, methinks –> Charming interpretation of the song eh….
If you have heard the music of this movie, puhleez to review. I can then claim that the number of people who have watched the movie number more than 3 (me and the two people on imdb.)
Though we would surely appreciate if super philosophical stuff in albums like “Duniya Badi Kharab Hai Sabse Bhali Sharaab Hai” by Jaswant Singh were also reviewed.
I would only say that you are far too kind to Fanaa,I watched it and the only source of entertainment I had was from the colleague who was inadvertently assigned seats next to me and was squirming in his seats since his intention was more to whisper nothings into his finacees ears rather than watch the movie!!
The links are fixed. I am probably even lazier, using a Linux machine means copy pasting is much more easier and just did the pasting of the link which I was reading for the comments. By the way my inspiration for the mothers role came from this movie. So you see I am on solid bollywood ground.
Hey I am planning to make a movie on your son by internalising Hugo Weavings last movie. Read more about it here. Amongst other things it will have an item number of yours (of course only if you consent to it). I would have commented but it was getting too long……And of course Neha has a role as well(again cotingent to her agreeing to do it :) )…….
I am shuddering to think of whats gonna happen to VTs sister(dudette2) since I have decided to call my son Bulla (my homage to the greatest villain ever conjured up in Prabhujis movies)……….coming to think of it Prabhujis parents get killed as well so Megha dont tell me I didnt warn you!!

Aha the effects of lunchtime inspiration.
And yet there are no guys who send filaawers on Bhalentines day, bherry bherry curioush to say the least.
And my supervisor has already said that this one will for sure make it to my worst joke of 2008.
The one in 2007 was of course “What is the phenomenon used to describe Jason Bourne working in the lab ?”
P.S : Was lunch good or bad ? And may we bet that you pretty much ended up having it all alone ?
